eGift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Validity: The St John National Online Shop eGift Card ("eGift Card") is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

2. Redemption: The eGift Card can only be redeemed on the St John National Online Shop website at shop.stjohn.org.au, for the purchase of products listed on the site, including first aid kits, consumables, AEDs, and eLearning.

3. Non-Redeemable for Cash: The eGift Card is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used to pay down any credit account balances.

4. Partial Use and Balance Retention: If the total value of the purchase is less than the remaining balance on the eGift Card, the remaining balance will be retained on the eGift Card for future use within the validity period.

5. Exceeding eGift Card Value: if the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the eGift card, the outstanding balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.

6. Lost, or Stolen eGift cards: St John is not responsible for lost, or stolen eGift cards, and these will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.

7. Usage Limitations: The eGift Card cannot be used to pay for St John training courses or other services provided by the States or Territories of St John and is restricted to solely products sold on the St John National Online Shop.

8. Redemption Method: To redeem the eGift Card online, the unique card code must be entered at checkout.

9. Changes to Terms: St John reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any times, with any amendments effective immediately upon posting to the website.

10. Compliance: Use of the eGift Card is subject to St John's standard terms of sale and all applicable laws and regulations.
